Job Description: The Alumni Manager is integral in building and strengthening Avodah’s work with and in support of the 1300+ alumni of our Service Corps and Justice Fellowship. They hold key responsibilities for most of Avodah’s key alumni projects, working in close collaboration with the rest of the Program Team to design and execute those projects. They collaborate with and report to the Assistant National Program Director, who also holds elements of some of the alumni projects and initiatives and who supervises Avodah’s alumni portfolio as a whole. San Diego Program Director (Service Corps)

Location: San Diego, CA

Description: Full-time

Start date: Mid-June 2021

Salary: $55,000-65,000

Job Description: Avodah is seeking a Program Director to begin work in mid-June 2021 (exact date flexible). The Program Director will oversee and implement Avodah’s newest Jewish Service Corps program site in San Diego, California. The Program Director is responsible for all aspects of the local Service Corps cohort, including the educational workshops, job-related placement and assistance, housing support, community building, and logistics. Click here to learn more.

Recruitment Assistant

Location: Remote (flexible hours but must be available for occasional meetings during east coast working hours)

Description: 20-22 hr/week

Start date: ASAP

Hourly rate: $19-$21/hr

Job Description: We are seeking a part-time Recruitment Assistant to join the Avodah national team and provide general support to the Recruitment Director and our national recruitment work. The Recruitment Assistant will engage in both communications and administrative work to help our recruitment team spread the word about our programs (primarily, the Jewish Service Corps) and recruit high-quality candidates.
