 Jewish Service Corps

Our Jewish Service Corps places young adults ages 21-26 into a year of full-time service at leading nonprofits in Chicago, New York, New Orleans, and Washington, DC. Corps Members live together as a community and participate in weekly educational programs to deepen their understanding of domestic poverty and explore their work through the lens of Jewish tradition. Applications for the ’23-’24 program year will open in early November. Sign up below to be notified when the application goes live!

 Avodah Justice Fellowship

The Avodah Justice Fellowship convenes cohorts of early-career professionals working on social and economic issues for eight months of intensive learning, mentorship, and community-building in an inclusive Jewish framework. Applications are now closed for the ’22-’23 Kansas City and Chicago cohorts. Sign up below to be notified when applications open for the next cycle!

 Avodah Institute for Social Change

The Avodah Institute for Social Change trains Jewish leaders from across the Jewish professional sector in social change work to transform the culture of American Jewish life. This work responds both to the timeless Jewish imperative to pursue justice and the current moment when Jewish organizations nationally have expressed a heightened concern with creating an equitable and inclusive society.
