Natania Malin Gazek serves on the Board at Avodah.
She is a consultant who helps mission-driven organizations build equitable systems that allow diverse, talented staff to do their best work, pursuing their organizations’ missions as effectively and efficiently as possible. Driven by an understanding that when we embrace the systemic nature of oppression, we see that the systems, structures, processes, and culture inside an organization imprint the DNA of that organization’s external work, Natania helps organizations fully realize their desired impact externally by building systems to stay accountable to their values internally. With an eye for leveraging organizational behavior research and diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, she’s worked across the private, public, and social sectors to address a variety of human capital challenges. A proud alumna of the inaugural Avodah Justice Fellowship class (NYC 2014), she also holds a BA from Vassar College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
