Natania Gazek was part of Avodah’s first Justice Fellowship cohort in NY in 2014 and is currently an MBA student at the Yale School of Management (SOM). Her academic focus is on organizational behavior in mission-driven spaces and she is on track to graduate in May 2017. She volunteers her time through a number of leadership roles, including serving as a Co-President of the Yale SOM Women in Management club and as a member of the Dean’s Community and Inclusion Council. After graduating from Vassar College in 2009, she spent 6 years living in DC and NYC. During this time, she served for 3 years at the US Department of Justice as a Paralegal in the Antitrust Division, and as an Operational Change Manager and Paralegal in the Civil Rights Division. She then worked for 3 years at Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s national offices in NYC, (when she participated in both the Avodah Fellowship and AWLT) and also served as the Admissions Chair on the boards of the Vassar Alumnae/i Clubs of NYC and DC. She currently lives in New Haven, CT where she enjoys making her own Passover haggadah (often using many Avodah resources) and hosts a big seder for her friends.
