Mila serves as the Project Assistant for the Economic Justice Project for Sanctuary for Families’ Center for Battered Women’s Legal Services.
Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Mila has lived in Miami, FL for most of her life. She recently graduated from Vanderbilt University with Highest Honors in History and Medicine, Health, and Society. While in college, she conducted field research on the social dimensions of reproductive health in Morocco, led outdoor recreation trips across the state of Tennessee, and worked with the Nashville Public Defender’s Office, among other things. She is looking forward to advocating for social justice alongside other like-minded people!
