Lila serves as the New York Volunteer Program Associate at HIAS.
Lila is originally from the Washington, DC, area, and recently graduated from Oberlin College with a double major in Sociology and Hispanic Studies. Since graduating, she has been working as a wilderness guide, leading students on adventures in the the California mountains and Pacific coast. She is thrilled to join Avodah in NYC and to live in community with other young people working passionately to create a more just world.
