Jeffrey Levin serves as Avodah’s Vice Chair of the Board. A social worker in private practice, Jeff works primarily with LGBTQ individuals and couples on relationships, planning parenthood, and religious concerns. In addition, he offers clinical support for couples and families at the Institute For Contemporary Psychotherapy. Prior to private practice, Jeff worked on staff at the LGBT Community Center in NYC, providing clinical services and programs for families. This included The Center’s annual LGBT Family Building Expo and related family programs, immigration, and HIV. He has a BBA in Marketing from University of Massachusetts and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University. Jeff sat on the Board of Congregation Beth Simchat Torah in NY, and is currently a member of Congregation B’nai Jeshurun.
