Elissa Rabin (she/her) has a passion for both working with young people and striving to create policies in service of education equity, as she believes deeply in every student’s right to an equitable and excellent education. She spent five years as a 9th grade English teacher and now works as a policy analyst. She is deeply interested in and dedicated to examining the intersection of Judaism and justice work. She holds a bachelor’s in English and a bachelor’s in Secondary Teacher Education, both from Drake University. She also received her master’s in education policy and management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
