Understanding & Combatting Antisemitism Training

Understanding & Combatting Antisemitism

Training for Nonprofits, Synagogues, and Interfaith Groups

Facilitator leads a group program on oppression

Antisemitism is showing up across nonprofit, civic, and community spaces in ways that many are unsure how to interpret or address. Avodah’s training offers a clear, historically rooted framework that helps partners understand what antisemitism is, how it has evolved, how it functions today, and how it intersects with their justice work. The training also addresses Israel directly, distinguishing legitimate critique from antisemitic rhetoric, and helping supervisors navigate this terrain with care.

Take it a step further

Following antisemitism trainings, many organizations ask: Now what?

A 90-minute or half-day session can build shared language and awareness,  but sustainable change requires deeper integration into culture, policy, and leadership practice. Post-session coaching and consulting is designed to help organizations move from insight to implementation.
